This agreement is between the Page Lake Powell Chamber of Commerce and the person(s) above known as the Vendor. The Vendor will be subject to the following rules:

All vendor booths will be located in the Parking Lot on Lake Powell Blvd
Vendors must provide their own equipment i.e. tables, chairs, and displays. This is an outdoor event; minimal accommodations will be made in case of inclement weather.
Booth Fees are as follows:
10X10 $165.00
10X20 $330.00
10X30 $425.00

Insurance through the Chamber is $42.00

Electric $35.00. Because of inflation an additional charge will be assesset to more than one electrical outlet. If you require more than one outlet the cost will be $35.00 per additional outlet

No Fee for Information-Only Booth (there is no selling of any items allowed at information only booths)

Proof of liability insurance naming the Chamber of Commerce as additionally insured for the event must be submitted with this application OR coverage can be purchased from The Chamber for $35.00
Booth set up begins at 8:00 a.m. and must be completed and ready for sales at 11:00 a.m. when the festivities begin.
The Page Lake Powell Chamber of Commerce will not be responsible for lost/stolen items or for accidents or personal injuries.
