On behalf of Chamber Page-Lake Powell, I would like to request a donation for our Silent and Live Auction for the Best of Page Banquet and Auction on December 12, 2026at the Courtyard by Marriott, to honor local businesses. Your contribution makes it possible for The Page Chamber Office to offer this banquet and awards ceremony for the community and businesses.  The funding allows us to continue to provide all the events we put on the for the Community of Page.

We are seeking a donation for Best of Page Banquet for our live or silent auction, which are always a huge success with our events and we are hoping you will be able to provide those to our organization.  I have attached our W-9 for your records with our 501C-6 Tax ID number for your records.
